Hello, my name is Madison Brown and welcome to my blog!
Madison Brown received her graduate degree from the University of Iowa from the physical therapy program. As a therapist for over five years, she has treated many patients with pain or with many physical problems. Through her experience she has learned more along the way how to best serve her patients. Her patients come into her office with all sorts of pain from head to toe. She has always made it her goal to know all the latest techniques and devices to best treat the patient in front of her. She cares about people and works for the best for her patients. Yes, sometimes people have very common pain issues that seem to repeat themselves, but everyone is different. She makes it a point to customize her pain solutions for each person. She has found some excellent devices and techniques that patients are repeatedly satisfied with. The patients have been happy that their pain has been reduced or completely eliminated over time, thanks to these devices and techniques and the expertise of Madison Brown.
Madison has traveled overseas and worked with patients overseas as well. While overseas she has learned from the many techniques that European specialists have worked with to best serve their patients with pain.
Madison is a big advocate of healthy eating for helping to reduce pain. She emphasizes to her patients what a great importance it is to drink plenty of water, eat many vegetables, lean proteins, and keep sugar to a minimum to help keep inflammation down. Madison advocates foods such as bok choy, ginger, celery, and blueberries to eat, because they are important for keeping inflammation down.
Along with these devices and therapies, Madison is a strong of exercising for better health and less pain. She wants you to know that movement is one of the worst enemies of pain so when you combine the therapies, pain reducing devices, good eating habits, and a fun exercise you enjoy you can combat pain and live a better life.
When Madison is not treating patients she is a runner who believes in running for a cause. She has run in multiple charity races like breast cancer, diabetes, and more. She inspires people to exercise for charity and raise awareness for many different causes. Madison believes that giving back to the community is important.
Madison is married with two children and likes to set an example to her patients to do the right thing. She feels strongly about inspiring children to take care of them so that they do not suffer the chronic pain that she sees in her patients. She loves to inspire her patients to get out with their kids and do things that help both the parents and the kids move around as moving around is one of the best medicines for pain.
Pain comes from many different place and experiences and Madison knows every patient is different. She is involved in preventative measures to help patients who are well or have mild pain, to help them from having the pain progress.
Writing has always been a passion of Madison’s so she has created this blog to help as many people as she can stop having to live with pain. She uses most of these devices offered on the blog with her patients and recommends these products as part of the overall therapies to help you with your pain.

Madison wants to thank all her patients for having the courage to do something about their pain. She has known people to live with pain for a very long time. Living with pain is not good or noble as it hinders any human from being the best that they can be. Madison encourages anyone to seek out all the help they can get to stop having pain so they can live a long and prosperous life. Madison feels that there is a solution for everyone and that she can find help you find a solution for your pain. If she can not help you she will sure find someone who can.
